A Technical Innovation Serving Flavor
Unlike many “alcohol-free” beers that block fermentation, we chose a method that respects the beer’s aromatic structure:
- The beer is first brewed in a full version with alcohol, following our original recipe.
- Then, it is vacuum-treated and heated to 30°C, just enough to let the alcohol evaporate naturally without altering the aromas.
- Result: a fruit-forward beer with 0.0% alcohol that preserves the balance between floral freshness and delightful bitterness!
